technology. The details submitted will be processed
by Orca Book Services and will only be used
to process a requested order. Details submitted will
not be passed on to any third party or organisation.

14-Day Approval
We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item
purchased from our website. We will supply a full
refund (excluding postage & packaging) on any
item returned unspoiled within 14 days. Alternatively
you may simply exchange the item.
Payment Options
Payment Using Secure Web Server or Telephone
Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Delta,
American Express & Switch either using our secure
server or over the phone. Please have your card number,
expiry date and in the case of switch, issue number,
at hand when calling.
Payment by Cheque
If you wish to pay by cheque, please print out the
shopping cart page and forward with appropriate payment

Cheques should be made payable to Orca Book Services
Ltd and should be made out in pounds sterling. Please
allow 6 days for clearance on cheques before
any
goods are dispatched.

We are happy to send items abroad and will be pleased
to quote for transportation anywhere in the World.
Delivery
If the Books Titles are in stock they are despatched
within 3 working days. Unavailable titles should
be re-ordered once published or reprinted.
Returns, Exchanges & Complaints
We will gladly exchange any item or issue a refund,
if the item is returned unsoiled and unused, within
14 days of receipt (a refund will be made less the
cost of postage & packaging). Postage charges
are applicable.
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective
materials or poor workmanship should be returned
for inspection immediately and if necessary the item
may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
In these cases 28 days must be allowed. Under no
circumstances should items continue to be used when
damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the
goods in their damaged condition. Postages costs
will be reimbursed for justified damages. We will accept
title pages of books.

Price changes & VAT
Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted
on this website, but this is not always possible.
We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any
item from this list and change prices as and when
necessary.
